Join us for an intensive, hands-on 2.5-day bootcamp designed for industry professionals to master the art of protein-protein interaction (PPI) design. This workshop will cover two distinct and complementary approaches: binder design (small-scale PPIs) and cage design (homo-oligomeric assemblies), providing a comprehensive exploration of the spectrum of PPI applications. Participants will learn to navigate the now "classic" protein design workflow—Diffusion for backbone generation, MPNN for sequence design, Alphafold for structure prediction, and Rosetta for final scoring and analysis—tailored to each application. These methods will showcase major variations in workflows, guiding participants in workflow design decisions, and offering practical strategies for tackling different design challenges.
This bootcamp is an intensive learning experience, with long hours, homework, and opportunities to delve deeply into protein design. The sessions will be recorded and shared on YouTube to benefit the broader Rosetta and protein design communities.
